What do you like best about the Willow Project? What I like best is talking to the patients and seeing how much the Willow Project means to them and how we have helped them. What is your most memorable Willow Project experience? The most memorable experience was when myself and two other undergrads gave a presentation on diabetes to about 70 people. When we opened it up for questions, they all thought they had diabetes and wanted to be screened. I guess we did a good job of explaining the dangers of diabetes. What does being a part of the Willow Project mean to you? Being part of the Willow Project means that I am using my knowledge and skills to help those who no one else will help. I believe that as human beings we all have a responsibility to help those around us who are in need. Give an interesting story or fact about yourself? In the winter of 2006 I ran a marathon because my friends didn’t think I could do it. I may not have set any world records, but I did finish. What fruit are you and why? I would be a pineapple because everyone likes pineapples. What do you really think about Mayha and Fallon? Mayha and Fallon are awesome. They are really nice and very dedicated to the Willow Project, which I really admire. |
