What do you like best about the Willow Project?

I really enjoy the people I get to work with, including both my fellow Willowers as well as the patients we get to see.

What is your most memorable Willow Project experience?

I love the variety of people I get to see and interact with, from fellow willow project volunteers, to the colorful and animated patients we see in the clinic. I love getting to spend time with the med students and learning about their experiences with med school, but above everything else I love the feeling I get from volunteering. The people we work with are so grateful, there is nothing else like it.

What does being a part of the Willow Project mean to you?

I have felt for a while that the homeless population needs recognition. Allowing them some sort of access to medical attention seemed like the perfect way to help. The people I have met through Willow Project are unforgettable. I’m so glad that I am able to be a part of it!

Give an interesting story or fact about yourself?

I love peanut butter and pickle sandwiches! (Try one!)

What fruit are you and why?

A grape! I love working with a bunch of people, but I like to think that, even plucked from the rest of the group I’m still pretty sweet.

What do you really think about Mayha and Fallon?

I think that they are amazing co-managers! They’re so helpful and supportive!
